Our airplane trip

This was Clay's first trip on an airplane. We were off to Missouri to visit family. Clay and Allison did wonderful on the trip. We had a 2 hour 45 minute flight, then a 2 hour layover and then one more short flight. We had no problems! Yipee!!!


Allison has flown many times, but this is the first time she was allowed to sit in her own seat (which also ment that we had to get her her own ticket). She was so excited about the flight!

Trip to the zoo

We went to the Stott families house and Allison got to ride a horse named Merry. It was so much fun!



Clay didn't like sitting on Merry too much.

Merry likes to drink stand in the pond and eat grass on the banks of the pond.

Alli got to ride Merry all around the pond.

Giraffe

This is Allison's favorite stuffed animal...giraffe! If you ask her it's name she says "giraffe". She has to take giraffe everywhere with her. His neck used to stand up, but he has gotten a lot of hugs and now has a droopy neck.

Alli and Daddy on the farm

Daddy took Alli to the farm this morning. She got to see horses and pigs!

She had sooo much fun at the farm!

Daddy said that she was a bit scared of the pigs...they were really loud grunter's.

The horses were her favorite! She really wants to ride one!

Alli's Dragonfly

Allison's dragonfly that she found outside in the dark. Mommy screamed when Daddy tried putting it in her hands and Alli told her it was ok, it was just pretend.

New wrap

I got this new wrap after seeing a friend of mine with one similar to it. Clay seems to really be comfortable in it. It is really nice to have when he is wanting to be held and we are out shopping or I'm trying to get some things done around the house.

Alli loves to hold Clay, but she always says that he is really floppy. In these pictures she was holding him in the chair and he kept falling over ever so slightly and she would lift him back up and just laugh. She thought it was so funny that he kept leaning over and that she had to scoot him closer to her.

Kelly let us borrow this tummy toy and Clay seems to like it (at least for a little bit). He enjoys the bee that sits on the mirror.

Alli got some new shoes. She says that they are her favorite because they have sprinkles on them.

At our Mommy's group we had Hayden, Alexandra and Clay take a picture together. At one point Clay put his hand on Alex's mouth and she started sucking on it...too bad no picture of that because it was cute.

We got Clay a new bathtub so that he could take a bath with Alli. Alli and him LOVE it!

1 Month Old

Clay is one month old already...that is hard to believe. He is such a joy to have in our lives.
